Mindfulness for Parenting Children

Photo by Carsten Carlsson on Unsplash

Sometimes I used to surprising at my daughter’s behaviors whose are so similar to mine. I’ve not to forget to affect my children in every way. I’m a mirror of them. I have read about mindfulness for parenting children recently. I’d like to remember three words, intention, attention, and attitude. I have to focus on the moment my lovely children said to me about their interests and curiosity that they meet in daily life. I sometimes lose to pay attention to them due to the unimportant chore things. I have to concern about the moment they want to say something to me as if we’re just two of us in the world. I’ll try to practice mindfulness for parenting children and write down the unforgettable memories here.
