It’s a small thing, not a big thing. I meet my client every day at the studio. I always think about it what the best sequences are for them. I try to teach them a lot of movements within a short time. Clients who don’t have as much the ranges of motions as they want find it difficult to keep up with their class. I have to guide their movement progressively even though it takes a long time to make better movements. I got understand the fact I watched a streaming video for the workout by Kathryn Ross-Nash on pilatesanytime.com. She starts by introducing her husband, Wayne, giving him an assessment of his posture, alignment, and range of motion. That video effectively shows how to apply progressive movements to clients. My urgent personality is sometimes a hindrance to controlling the pace of the class.
