A Walk with My Children

I and my children have spent most of our time at home since last year because of avoiding the Coronavirus.
I decided to take a walk with my children twice a week as one of my new year’s resolutions. I heard that Vitamin D is helpful to strengthen our body’s immune system. The best way to get Vitamin D is to get light from the sun, not to eat any vitamin supplement.
Today was the first day to take a walk with my children this year. Because the wind was so chilly, I thought it was so difficult to go far away. My feet and ears got freeze as soon as starting to walk.
But I was so happy just being together, laughing, and holding hands with each other.
