What is good feedback? Have you ever requested feedback or received it from someone? If it is not a good nuance, you will lose the courage to practice it. Good feedback has to include the suggestion for better improvement, not only negative opinions. Also, You have to ask someone you trust for feedback. Generally, people tend to evaluate their own ideas or thought favorably. We call it positive bias. If you do not lose your objectivity, you have to ask for feedback from reliable people.
